Current and aspiring contact centre team leaders across Sussex are being invited to a free event to share best practise and connect with likeminded professionals. Hosted by international board, management and executive recruitment consultancy, PSD, and sponsored by appliance care provider, Domestic & General, the Team Leader Networking Breakfast will provide insight into how individuals can be first-class leaders.

Ryan Keilloh, Head of Service at Domestic & General’s Brighton contact centre, which employs over 900 people, said: “Good leadership is hard to come by, but it’s such an important skill to possess, and vital to overall business success. Employees today do not work for businesses; they are more incentivised to work for people and so good leadership is crucial.

“We are looking forward to supporting the Team Leader Networking Breakfast which will provide an insight into what success looks like in the wider market, and advise on leadership capabilities. 

“The event will help equip the region’s current and future leaders with the skills they need to be the best they can be. There is nothing quite like this event currently available to professionals.”

Guest speakers include Rob Dermott, Associate Director at PSD and Clive Martison, Head of Sales at Domestic & General. Attendees will be given invaluable coaching tips and leadership advice, and learn what makes a successful leader. There will also be Q&A and networking opportunities.

The event will consist of two one-hour sessions, which will take place from 7.45am to 9am and 9.45am to 11am, at the Hilton Hotel in Brighton on Friday 10 February.
